- Q.1.: Do you provide insructions for fitting this 'Single Z Doorbar Gold' (£5.99) as seen on your website? Q.2.: Please confirm this is suitable for the join between newly laid LVT and old carpet which is fraying very slightly - this has got a little worse since the new single edge door bar was put in place by the LVT installers, hence I'm hoping to replace the single edge door bar myself! It looks as if should be easy, but instructions would be helpful! Thanks very much for your help.
- Hello, thank you for getting in touch! This Single Z Doorbar comes with everything you need to fit this yourself. If you do have any issues or the instructions are unclear, we are available to help you through the process. Yes, this Z Doorbar would be suitable for joining your LVT to Carpet. I hope this helps, and if you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. Kind Regards, David.
- I am having lvt 6.5mm (including underlay) adjacent to 8mm carpet with underlay ?7_9mm. What would be the best door bar?
- Hello, thank you for getting in touch! We would recommend either a single Z Doorbar https://www.flooringsuperstore.com/single-z-doorbar-gold.html. This has grippers on one side, and will sit on the LVT on the other side. Alternatively you could go for a Ramp Profile, please see the following recommended products: https://www.flooringsuperstore.com/accessories/finishing-touches/profiles/ramp-profiles. I hope this helps! If there is anything else we can assist with, please do not hesitate to get back in touch! Kind Regards, Alex
- Can this be used for carpet to wood?
