Do I need to board over existing timber floorboards, or use self levelling (1920’s) before the underlay?: Hello, thank you for getting in touch. If the floorboards are uneven and cannot be fixed, we would recommend using a plyboard to create that smooth level surface. However, if your floorboards are in good condition and are even, you can install them directly over the floorboards. How long can you store un-used packs for and is there a best way to store them for future use?: Hello, thank you for getting in touch! The ideal storage would be for a dry area. Avoid large temperature fluctuations and constant draughts to keep the product protected against any damage. This will need to settle in the room of installation 48 hours before it's due to be installed. hope this helps! We have just relaid this flooring after problems the first time. We have electric underfloor heating. Can you advise on what temperature the underfloor heating should be set at initially and how soon and when the temperature can be increased? We want to avoid the floor lifting!
