Is this flooring suitable for a bathroom ?: Hello, thank you for getting in touch. We would not recommend using Engineered wood in a bathroom due to the temperature and moisture fluctuations which can damage the flooring. Hi, we have underfloor heating underneath a screed floor...will the heating still work through this floor as it's quite thick? And does it need an underlay? We have recently bought the vintage cellar oak floor and underlay. Do we need the floor sealant that you put on the floor before underlay. It’s concrete floor.: Hello, thank you for getting in touch! As long as the Underlay that you have bought has a built-in damp-proof membrane, you are fine and will not need to DPM the concrete sub-base.
